dragonfly_jessalynFor the longest time I thought that the games I really got hooked into that weren't mainstream were too niche to bother mentioning. I thought that by mentioning them I would out myself even more, or worse, that they wouldn't share that interest and I would be ignored or deemed strange. That I would just be a bother by going into a frenzy over something I thought was cool.
Today I realized something; fuck that noise.
This post will be a gathering place for my special interest posts. These will mostly be about games, but it might include books or movies if I ever find something that really draws me in. As I've recently gotten back into Etrian Odyessy V (that's roman numeral 5, thank you old books from my childhood for teaching me those) my first few special interest posts will be about my entrance to the series, the games I've played from that series, and my experiences with them.
There's a *ton* of information and memories to sift through for this. I'll likely misremember more than a few things. The posts will likely be long. *Very long*. Really wishing we had Cohost's 'read more' drop down for these. I'll likely cross post them over there while I still can, but the rest will be going up here.
If anyone has any advice for organizing posts on here I would greatly appreciate it. Right now it seems like my best option is utilizing tags. Shouldn't be difficult, provided I remember to put the right ones in.
